School Purchase Orders are accepted for the Basic School Hours Subscription and the Extended School Hours Subscription.

Liability

Subscribers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Facts4Me, Inc. and all related parties and services from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action, or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from use of www.facts4me.com.

Copyright Issues

All materials available on www.facts4me.com are intended for educational use and not commercial use. Texts, images, and site design from www.facts4me.com may not be re-sold or re-distributed without the expressed, written permission of Facts4Me, Inc. Other educational web sites may link to www.facts4me.com but the uploading of pages from www.facts4me.com to another web site will be treated as a copyright violation.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Facts4Me, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected by Facts4Me, Inc.
The information collected at the time of subscribing includes: general information about the district or school subscribing, and the email address and title of the individual who is named as the official contact person for the subscription. This person’s email address is the only one we require and that person’s email address will be used by Facts4Me, Inc. for the following only:  

• For login purposes
• To respond to a subscriber's email to us
• To advise subscribers on issues regarding their subscriptions
• To share information about new features, new posted information, subscription renewal, or changes to this privacy policy

Facts4Me, Inc. never collects student email addresses, nor does Facts4Me, Inc. collect any personally identifiable student information. Also, no data is ever collected on anyone's usage of the site.

Facts4Me, Inc. does not and will not share any subscriber’s information with any third party outside of our organization. Facts4Me, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected by Facts4Me, Inc. Facts4Me, Inc. only has access to the collected information that you voluntarily give Facts4Me, Inc.via email, fax, or other direct contact from you.  Facts4Me, Inc. does not and will not sell, rent, or release this information to anyone.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

As a subscriber, you may opt out of any future contacts from Facts4Me, Inc. at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting Facts4Me, Inc. via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• See what data we have about you, if any
• Change/correct any data we have about you
• Have us delete any data we have about you
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data

Security

Facts4Me, Inc. takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, fax, or mail, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever Facts4Me, Inc. collects sensitive information online (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" when subscribing to Facts4Me.

While Facts4Me, Inc. uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, Facts4Me, Inc. also protects your information offline. Credit card information received offline is securely shredded on a regular basis. The computers/servers in which we store subscription information are maintained in a secure environment.

FERPA (Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974): Facts4Me, Inc. does not collect, track, or retain any information regarding individual users of www.facts4me.com. When a subscription is activated, the appointed contact person chooses the username and password for that subscription. The login information is retained by Facts4Me, Inc. until that subscription is terminated. No information pertaining to individual users or subscription usage of Facts4Me, specifically students, is tracked or retained.
